I purchased my 09 Mazda here and was treated like a king prior to the sale. But it was the exact opposite after the sale was finalized. The guy I worked with (Dan) during the whole process was very receptive and told me I can call him anytime if I need anything. Two weeks after purchasing my car my tire blew out and needed a new tire. I tried call Dan but he never picked up his phone, left a message but I did not get a call back. I called the service department multiple times and left multiple messages on their machine but never got a single call back. I had to continuously call until I got somebody on the phone to set an appointment.They treated me like a total stranger through the process. It took them a couple of days to change my tire while they have the tire in stock the whole time and people available for the install. It was such a hassle every time I had to come in for any kind of service or repair. They even left tools in my car after one recall repair. I tried to get in contact with their manager and it took him at least a week to get back with me. I gave up at that point and took my business somewhere else. I will never buy a car or have my car worked on at this dealership. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go somewhere else.

Poor Customer Service I purchased a car from Neil Huffman recently and had terrible customer service along way. First the tried to quote me a price different from there website and I had to argue you with them to get them to change it. Then I had to redo paper work because they couldn’t get it right and got the car later than expected because there service department forgot to get it ready the day I was coming to pick it up. The cars brakes and tires had to be replaced within weeks after the purchase and after much trouble of trying to go through the BBB they never cared a bit. Kent Foushee respond to all of my complaints with one sentence of… well the service department looked at it so it must be okay. I would not recommend doing business with these guys at all! I have had nothing, but problems and could say much more about other things that happened to me but will spare the details. Basically these guys want to get you out the door as quick as possible without helping you along the way or if anything happens afterwards.
